Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

● 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

● 1 tbsp olive oil

● 1 tsp Italian seasoning

● Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Pasta:

● 12 oz fusilli or penne pasta, cooked al dente

For the Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter

● 4 cloves garlic, minced

● 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

● 2 cups whole milk (or heavy cream for extra creaminess)

● 1 cup chicken broth

● 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

● 1 tsp Italian seasoning

● 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

● Salt and pepper, to taste

Topping:

● 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

●  1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

●  Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook Pasta:

Cook pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Prepare Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shredded chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Set aside.

4. Make the Sauce:

● In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
