Ingredients:

For the Chicken & Potatoes:

● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

● 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered

● 2 tbsp olive oil

● 1 tsp salt

● 1 tsp black pepper

● 1 tsp paprika (optional)

● 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Sauce:

● 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

● 5 cloves garlic, minced

● 1 cup heavy cream

● 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

● 1 tsp dried thyme

●1 tsp dried rosemary

● 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

● Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions:

1. Prep the Ingredients:

● Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

● Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Assemble in the Crockpot:

● Place the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
