Ingredients:

● 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

● 12 oz penne pasta (uncooked)

● 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

● 2 cups heavy cream

● 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

● 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

● 4 cloves garlic, minced

● 1 tsp Italian seasoning

● 1 tsp garlic powder

● Salt and black pepper to taste

● 4 oz cream cheese, cubed

● Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crockpot:

Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Add Chicken and Sauce Ingredients:

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add cubed cream cheese on top.

3. Cook the Chicken:

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked (165°F/75°C).

4. Shred the Chicken:

Remove the chicken breasts, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot.

5. Add Pasta and Broccoli:

Stir in the uncooked penne pasta and broccoli florets. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

6. Cook the Pasta:

Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30-45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pasta is cooked and tender.

7. Add Parmesan & Serve:

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

8. Garnish & Enjoy:

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
